Delivery time within the Republic of Croatia is 1–3 business days from the moment you receive the order dispatch confirmation email. Delivery times may be extended during periods of high demand, holidays, logistical disruptions, or extraordinary circumstances.

If your shipment status has not changed for more than 48 hours, please contact us via email at info@dietpharm.com.

If the order is not delivered within the legal period of 30 days, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

We currently only deliver within the Republic of Croatia.

For deliveries within Croatia, orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Deadlines start from the moment you receive an email confirmation that the order has been shipped.

Review the desired products, add them to your cart, and follow the steps to complete your purchase. The process is simple and quick.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have 30 days from the receipt of the order to inform us of your wish to withdraw.

The request must be sent in writing to: info@dietpharm.com.

Simply returning the package or refusing the shipment is not considered a valid withdrawal.

Returned products must be:

  • unused
  • sealed
  • in their original packaging and in perfect condition

No, returns of opened, used, or unsealed products are not possible due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Products for return must be:

  • undamaged
  • sealed
  • in original packaging

To maintain product quality and effectiveness, follow these recommendations:

Dietary supplements in capsules or tablets:

  • Store in sealed packaging
  • Keep at room temperature, away from heat
  • Do not refrigerate, unless otherwise indicated

Products that can be taken together:

  • Magnesium
  • Omega 3
  • Multivitamins

Products to be taken separately:

  • Iron – best on an empty stomach and separate from calcium, magnesium, zinc, coffee or tea
  • Zinc – it is recommended to take it alone, separate from fiber-rich meals

⚠️ If you are taking medication, always consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Please check the external condition of the package and the order contents immediately upon receipt.

  • If damage is visible upon delivery: refuse to accept the package and state the reason on the delivery note.
  • If damage is noticed after opening the package: send photos and a description to info@dietpharm.com as soon as possible.
  • If an item is missing or you received the wrong product: contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

All costs of return and re-delivery are borne by the webshop
