Conditions for receiving Dietpharm and PharmaS gifts

• When purchasing any Dietpharm or PharmaS product (worth over 5 euros), request a Gift Card.
• Double packs count as one stamp.
• The purchase of Pro Beta Glucan 1275 mg counts as two stamps.
• All products must be purchased at the same pharmacy. Each purchase will be certified by the pharmacy with a stamp and signature.
• The card is valid for 3 months from the date of the first purchase.
• Original receipts must be attached as proof of purchase.

• After collecting four stamps, hand in the completed card with the attached receipts to the pharmacy where you made the purchase and choose one of the offered free products.
• You can pick up gift products immediately at the pharmacy where the purchase was made. In case the selected gift product is not available at the pharmacy, you can choose another gift product from the card or ask the pharmacy to order the missing free product.
