Each sachet is intended for the preparation of 250 ml of oral rehydration solution with a balanced electrolyte composition.

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 250 ml of previously boiled and cooled water.

The prepared solution can be stored:

up to 3 hours at room temperature, or
up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

The dose and intake are determined by a physician, depending on the degree of dehydration. For mild to moderate dehydration, the solution is typically taken during the first 4–6 hours, followed by continued hydration until symptoms resolve.
